How long will it take for my order to ship?
Most orders are sent out in about 2-3 business days. The processing time may take longer during the holidays due to high volume orders.
What types of mushrooms do you use in your art work?
At the moment I'm using Pleurotaceae,Pleurotus eryngii,Hymenogastraceae,and Hydnangiaceae and whatever cute little ones I may find on my hikes through the woods.
Will the flowers,mushrooms,leaves or fruit rot in the resin overtime?
No, all plant life and other items used are professionally dried in two specific ways insuring that your piece stays looking beautiful for years to come, and yes the resin that I use is non-yellowing jeweler's grade. However nothing in nature can stay perfect forever. overtime,light fading of the flowers may occur if left out in the heat or in direct sunlight. ALL preserved fruit earrings have a two month life span before they start to change color, just provide your order number when they do and receive FREE replacement fruits to add to your earring hooks. just the replacements with a jump ring added will be sent, you'll need to attach them yourself when you receive them. One replacement pair per order.
What is the best way to care for my resin jewelry?
keep out of heat or direct sunlight. store in a cloth or plastic pouch when you're not wearing it to prevent scratches. NEVER use alcohol,essential oils or water to clean! Spots or streaks will occur that will need to be buffed out! I recommend TechDiamond polishing compound 100,00 grit 0-0.25 Micron (Amazon $12.98) and Mayflower pro size polishing cloth (Amazon $12.95) with these two items you can keep your piece scratch free and shiny like new for years!
