All sales are final and no refund will be issued. Although there is one exception.
Return policy: If for any reason you received the wrong item you'll need proof of purchase along with your order number . Item must be unworn, unused and in original packaging. All earring sales are finalfor hygienic reasons! -NO RETURNS on custom orders or sale items- Ethereal Jutsu is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Once the item is in the hands of USPS we do not claim responsibility. You can open a dispute with your county's postal office.
